Villa #1 in the Sampaguita Villas is a great place to relax after a serious day of golfing on any one of five championship courses; after fishing in some of the best fishing grounds in the world [inexpensive panga fishing for dorado/mahi-mahi, tuna, snapper, sierra, etc.]; following an invigorating tennis game on the on-site court. Swim in one of the two heated pools, relax in the hot tub and let the rest of the world go by, or just sit on the beach or in the gardens in a warm, dry, insect free environment enjoying the gentle breeze and surf, watching the manta rays leaping out of the sea like ballet dancers. Ultra-lite coastal sightseeing flights are available down the beach. There are a variety of books available from the villa. Watching birds in the trees, flower gardens, along the beach, and bathing in the fountain is an entertaining sight from the patios.

In season, whales are clearly seen from the patios! The villa is ideally suited as a honeymoon destination with peace, tranquility, and natural beauty everywhere and a full range of suitable restaurants nearby. It's also great for academics as a 'getaway' after a tough school year. In addition to the attractions mentioned above, there is scuba diving at Chileno Beach and on the only living coral reef in the Sea of Cortez at nearby Cabo Pulmo. Up the Pacific coast, Magdalena Bay is home to the grey whales which come down from the Bering Sea to give birth to their calves. The charming town of Todos Santos on the Pacific side, a short drive away, is famous for its resident artists, the Hotel California, historic church, great boutiques, and a number of good restaurants.

The master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool includes the second TV with a VCR and a balcony which looks out to the famous Palmilla Resort -- originally built as a fishing lodge for Bing Crosby and Desi Arnez. Stationary cycling and rowing exercise machines are located on this balcony which has a magnificent view of the crashing surf along a three mile stretch to the Palmilla Resort. The second bedroom has twin/king beds, and the third bedroom/den has a comfortable sofa and an air mattress or roll away bed, should a fifth guest want to use it as a bedroom. The main TV and hi-fi system and a desk with broadband Internet facilities are located in the third bedroom/den with speakers throughout the property. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and a more formal living/dining room. The villa ideally sleeps four with the fifth on an air mattress or a roll-away bed in the third bedroom/den.

Golf Information: There are five world class golf clubs within easy distance from the villa. Also a 9 hole municipal course within waking distance
