This exclusive Penthouse is built high on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The 180-degree ocean view is dramatic from each of the two bedrooms, from the living room, from each of two big decks.

A private Jacuzzi on one of the decks allows you a hot soak while watching the waves crash on the rocks. Drift to sleep to the sounds of the waves, and just steps out the door is the best aqua blue snorkeling beach in all of Cabo. There are three creative pools on the property, one with a swim up bar.

The penthouse is split-level with each bedroom suite on a different and private level. Both beds on king and one queen have white canopy dressings. Each bed is a five star quality custom bed outfitted with high-count Egyptian cotton sheets.

The penthouse has it's own full kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the cookware, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The penthouse has a new washer and dryer, television, stereo with VCR.

The property, known as Misiones del Cabo, is 2 miles from downtown, built on a cliff on a peninsula, so it has a quiet island feel but only 5 minutes to town, the restaurants, and nightlife.

A snorkeling hut on property has surfboards, boogie boards, kayaks and scuba gear. The property is on about 15 acres of trails for hiking along the beaches and exploring.

The front desk can set you up for Diving, World class Fishing, Sight seeing, Golf packages, Horseback riding, and 4 wheeling. There is amazing shopping in Cabo and an international harbor with all the colorful sight and sounds

There are two restaurants on property, and one snack bar. This is Di Giordios, the best food and beautiful views looking down on the beach and city of Cabo.
