Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, shampoo/conditioner, matching towels and one basin. Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, matching towels and one basin.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival plus a maid service every 2 days.

Washer - BBQ (private) - Deck attached to unit - Air conditioning - Swimming pool -Car rental is included in the base price. Pickup and drop off at airport. Insurance included. We can arrange fishing charters, diving, and sunset cruises at a discount, ask for details. Babysitting service available. Host/caretaker lives on site (basement level, separate entrance) for assistance and information. Telephone, Email, internet, and specific Satellite TV programs are available by request. Beautiful ocean view location in a crime-free area close to town. House was built in 1997, and remodeled in fall of 2002. Swimming pool was completed in mid-December 2003. Rear courtyard renovated in Spring 2004, paving stones, bamboo shade roof, and turtle pond added. Friendly Iguanas bask on courtyard wall. Mountain bikes available for a small fee.

View
The view from the living area and the front deck is due south overlooking the 'Sunset Beach' and the Pacific Ocean. The beach is about 300 feet below and approximately half a mile away. Whales can often be seen, and there is a daily parade o f yachts and cruise ships. Sunsets are exceptional. To the West is a hill upon which is the 'Palapa Viewpoint', with the Lighthouse beyond. The only neighboring house is to the east, and is only occupied two or three weeks every year. Other homes are over 1/2 block away.

Pet Policy
Pets allowed Oct to May for a charge of 10.00 per pet per day.

Quiet Time Policy
There is no need for a quiet time rule.

Infant Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. The unit has a high chair and play pen.

Fireplace
There is 1 wood burning fireplace.

Beach Description
The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in warm water. There is a moorage float/anchor. This refers to the main area beach (Playa Medano) which is less than 2 miles away, it has all of the usual services and activities associated with major resorts. The beach directly in front of the house is not a good swimming beach due to the surf conditions.

Distance to Shopping and Dining
There are two mini-markets within a five minute walk, and a general shopping area including pizza & taco stands within a 10 minute walk. The main downtown tourist area, including a shopping mall and Cinema Plex is a safe five minute drive on paved roads, (1.5 miles away from the unit). Two new Super Stores are less than a 5 minute drive, and the new Costco is about 10 minutes.

Distance to Ocean or Lake
The main swimming beach is a 10 minute drive. The beach below the house is not a good swimming beach due to surf conditions.

Distance to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
The nearest ski resort is about 2,000 miles away.

Distance to Golf Course
There are numerous prestigious Golf Courses throughout the Los Cabos area, the nearest is a ten or fifteen minute drive. An economical municipal course is located in San Jose. A new golf course is planned between the house and the ocean, completion approximately December 2005.

Distance to Airport or Train Station
The International airport is about 40 minutes away, a cab ride would cost about $60.00
