Entry to this 3 bedroom villa is into the main living area, an open plan kitchen, dining, and living room space. Accented by a pair of brick domes the area has an airy feel to it. The kitchen is fully equipped and is separated form the dining area by a long breakfast bar. The living room has satellite TV, VCR, and Hi-fi for your entertainment.
Leading off from this space are a laundry room with washer and dryer, a washroom, and the patio, which has a gas Barbecue. The patio sits above the swimming pool and boasts wonderful views of the Marina and the Sea of Cortez beyond.
The master bedroom is on the same level as the living area. It has a TV, a sitting area, walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with shower.
One floor down is the pool and a patio onto which the second and third bedrooms open out through French windows. The first of these bedrooms has a double bed and a sofa bed with a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a large shower. The other bedroom is similar with an en suite bathroom with shower a double bed and futon bed.
