We invite you to spend your next getaway lounging in the comfort of our tranquil hacienda, located just three miles south of downtown Cabo San Lucas near the water's edge in beautiful Villa Serena. Guests of Casa de Koehler enjoy a sunny atmosphere and everything necessary to relax and unwind. The home's intimate setting offers the feeling of a private hotel or spa, encircled with fruit and palm trees for tropical ambiance. We see to every detail in advance, ensuring that your vacation South-of-the-border is both satisfying and memorable.

Casa de Koehler stands on nearly 19,000 square-feet of property, providing plenty of space for outdoor living, recreation, and entertaining. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 3,900 square-foot villa is split-level and sleeps 2 to 12 guests. The home can be divided into 3 separate sections or rented as a whole according to your needs. A roof top tile deck offers ocean views of the Sea of Cortez and Cabo's famous Los Arcos. Accomodations are available year round.

The top (main) level features two large bedrooms, a huge living space with full kitchen, dining room and living room areas (outfitted with two leather sofas, radio/c d and television) and two bathrooms (including a giant master bathroom with all tile shower). A full garage and laundry facility is also located on the main floor.

The lower level is divided into two separate units - one 2 bedroom apartment and one single bedroom apartment. Both units feature full kitchens, bathrooms and amenities. You can choose to rent the entire villa, or any of the private units in any configuration.

Outdoor Activities & Entertaining Foremost among Casa de Koehler's many popular amenities are the Swimming Pool and Palapa Lounge. A waterfall from the elevated Jacuzzi sends sheets of warm water cascading into the swimming pool, where it flows to a soaking cove with six submerged bar stools at the swim-up bar. A giant overhanging palapa roof will keep you cool while you savor an icy-cold Corona or Margarita at the Palapa Lounge - a full bar overlooking the pool, complete with television, DVD, and CD player access. Imagine listening to your favorite music throughout the patio area via the outdoor speaker system while floating in the water under the warm Cabo sun. Looking for a little exercise? The upper portion of Casa de Koehler features a Full-Size Sand Volleyball Court, with a net suspended between two towering palms. After a day of swimming and volleyball you're bound to be hungry. Luckily, a 48" built-in Gas Barbecue shaded by a rustic-style bamboo roof is waiting next to the pool area. Family and friends are guaranteed to enjoy dining in this charming outdoor environment. After dinner, you'll enjoy basking in the glow of the Gas Fire Pit, located in the center of the expansive sand area adjacent to the pool.
