Located in the exclusive gated Pedregal community in Cabo San Lucas this 5000 square foot vacation home offers comfort for a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms.  Much attention has clearly been paid in the landscaping and décor of this luxurious villa.
Entering through the front door you are in the open plan living space with the master bedroom at the far end through the living room and the kitchen and dining room to the left.  The kitchen offers tasteful tiled counter tops, a breakfast bar and stainless steel commercial appliances. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably and is separated from the living room by the elegant circular staircase that leads to the lower level. 
The living room has big comfy chairs, sofa and satellite TV for relaxing.  There is also a stereo and VCR.  From each room on this level glass sliding doors open onto a large patio.  The patio has a swimming pool and spa, gas BBQ grill, drinks fridge, several lounge chairs, and table and chairs should you choose to eat outside.
The last room on this level is the master bedroom, which has a king sized bed, its own small bar fridge, patio, sofa and en-suite bathroom.  The bathroom has a large shower and bidet.
On the lower level are 3 more bedrooms, with a king, queen and 2 twins respectively.  Each has its own bathroom and doors out onto the lower patio.
Other features include: air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, water purification system, washer and dryer, maid service (Monday to Saturday), and a complimentary breakfast on your first morning.  The panoramic ocean views are also complimentary
