This 13,000 sq. ft. luxury mansion, located in the exclusive Pedregal, has spectacular ocean views of the Sea of Cortez and town of Cabo San Lucas.  Originally built by the owner of the famous Captain Jacks Restaurant, and the father of Jack Hailey of the World Champion Chicago Bulls, this recently remodeled Villa features 9 bedrooms/9½  baths, a large private swimming pool, mini tennis court, piano, large fireplace, purified water system, DDS satellite TV’s (11 in total), stereo sound system, telephone and fax service, A/C in all bedrooms, gourmet kitchen with cook available, daily maid and houseman, and even irons and hair blowers in all rooms.  This Villa will sleep 9 couples or 10 singles maximum.

The 13,000 sq. ft. mansion has a large pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge furniture that will accommodate up to 18 people comfortably.
